On June 18th, the Fuhua Luhua New Material Tower manufactured by Quanzhou Zhongtian Petrochemical Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was successfully shipped as a whole. The two pre dehydrogenation towers delivered this time are the core equipment of the 160000 ton/year carbon nine separation unit of Fuhua Luhua New Materials Co., Ltd.

This batch of 19 towers will start construction in October 2021. To ensure timely and high-quality delivery, the project team adopts a method of segmented prefabrication, overall assembly and welding of the platform, and overall delivery for manufacturing. Before the start of the project, the project team organized multiple department discussions on design, production, quality inspection, and other aspects to form a detailed manufacturing plan and quality and safety assurance measures, ensuring the smooth implementation of the project.

The Fuhua Luhua New Materials Project covers a total area of approximately 580 acres, with a total investment of approximately 4.086 billion yuan. The construction progress of this project is divided into two phases. In the first phase, a 150000 ton/year C5 separation unit, a 36000 ton/year C5 petroleum resin device, a 30000 ton/year DCPD hydrogenation resin device, a 40000 ton/year SIS/SBS elastomer device, a 25000 ton/year SEBS (switchable to 40000 ton/year SBS) hydrogenation elastomer device, a 160000 ton/year C9 separation device, a 75000 ton/year C9 resin device, supporting storage and transportation, public works, auxiliary facilities, etc. will be constructed.
